SHIPPING POLICY
Your products will be securely packaged to protect the products during transit, which ever is the most appropriate. The parcel will have your address, and our returns address in the event that delivery cannot be made.
You’ll see the delivery options for a product on each individual product page. Shipping options available at checkout may vary depending on destination for your order, we'll offer you these options at the checkout.
We normally expect to despatch all orders within one working day, however in the run up to really busy periods like Christmas we may take up to 2-5 days for some orders due to the high volumes.
Customers will be provided a tracking number once items have been dispatched. As all deliveries are made via courier, it is important to ensure someone is available on the day of delivery as ome deliveries may require a signature depending on the carrier and destination.
Customers must ensure they are on-site when the delivery is attempted otherwise a re-delivery fee may be charged.
Delivery times vary by region. Please see the table below for estimated delivery windows. Most orders are delivered within the timeframe shown, although it will generally be sooner.
Tracking updates will be provided via email when available to ensure someone is home to assist the driver on arrival.
